FAQs

 

  • How long are deliveries?
    • All deliveries are currently on a 2 working day schedule, if ordered before 5:30pm. Furniture items will take slightly longer, your account manager will be able to confirm the delivery times.

 

  • What time will my parcel arrive?
    • Our deliveries are made between 6am-2pm, please contact your account manager if you would like a delivery time slot.

 

  • How can I create a log in?
    • Please use the ‘Account Creation’ on the home page, alternatively, please call us on 02080903300

 

  • Can I have more then one user linked to my account?
    • Yes, use the ‘Users’ section on the main menu, and then ‘New User’. Alternatively, please contact our team.

 

  • How can I change my password?
    • You will have the option to change your password when you first log in. If this is not your first time logging in, please use the ‘Forgot Password’ to change this. Alternatively, we can change your password to a general password, for you to change on the home screen once logged in.

 

  • How do I change my personal details?
    • Use the ‘Profile’ tab under the selection menu to change all personal details. To change addresses, use the ‘Addresses’ tab to add, delete or change any details.

 

  • How can I place an order?
    • You can place orders by using the Office Oracle website, by emailing, or phone.

 

  • Do prices include VAT?
    • Prices do not include VAT, they are calculated at the end. Prices with VAT can be seen in the checkout.

 

  • Can I cancel my order?
    • Orders have to be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, by contacting your account manager.

 

  • Can I change my order?
    • Once an order is placed online, it cannot be changed. Please contact your account manager.

 

  • What are Office Oracles delivery costs?
    • Deliveries are free of charge, unless stated at point of order. Chargeable deliveries include large deliveries outside of the M25.

 

  • Will I receive a delivery note?
    • Yes, you will receive a delivery note on your order, and be e-mailed over your proof of delivery.

 

  • Will furniture be assembled for me?
    • Furniture will not be assembled unless specified. If you would like your furniture assembled, there may be a small fee.

 

  • How can I pay?
    • Invoices are sent, and then payments can be made via bank transfer. Bank details are on all invoices, or can be requested.

 

  • How will I receive my invoice?
    • All invoices will be sent to your dedicated finance contact, or a copy can be requested by emailing our finance team.

 

  • How long do I have to pay my invoice?
    • All invoices have 30-day payment terms

 

  • How do I return items?
    • Items can be returned by emailing your Office Oracle contact, and this will be raised and typically collected from you in the next 1-2 working days

 

  • Will I receive a refund for my returned items?
    • We only provide credit notes, which will show on your account once items have been returned.

 

  • Do your items have warranty?
    • Some of our items have warranty, please get in touch to find out the warranty for your items. Warranty is only available if purchased through Office Oracle.

 

  • When can I contact Office Oracle?
    • We are contactable on weekdays (Mon-Fri) from 8am-5.30pm. We do not work on bank holidays, so all requests will be answered the next working day.
